M.Sc. student Florian Euchner is the receipient of the 2018 Dr. Gunter Woysch Award for his outstanding Bachelor Thesis "The Sigfox Radio Protocol and Implementation of an Alternative Sigfox Network Stack", in which he describes a comprehensive analysis of the Sigfox protocol stack. He presented parts of his work at the 35th Chaos Communication Congress, a major international security conference with more than 12000 participants.
